Please read the terms of service carefully before commissioning the artist. By availing their service, you agree to be bound by these terms:

General Terms

+ The artist has the right to decline a commission at any circumstances. (ex. the work exceeds their skill level, not suitable for their art style, or unable to execute the concept.)+ Any rude and unprofessional behavior or violation of the terms will not be tolerated. In these cases, the client's commission will be cancelled and may be subject to a public warning post on the artist's social media accounts depending on the severity of the ill behavior.+ All commissioned art from the artist will include a subtle signature that you are prohibited from removing.+ Using of commissioned artworks for NFTs and AI image generation is strictly PROHIBITED.+ Turnaround Time (TAT) of 5 - 7 days (*per chibi).


Payment & Refund

+ Only modes of payment include Paypal (USD / International) and Gcash (Php) .+ Payment is required first before the artist will start on the commission or sketch. Clients can choose to pay either:
1) 100% upfront
2) or 50% Downpayment
+ If you choose to pay 50%, please be reminded that you will have to pay the other 50% before the final output will be sent.+ Refunds will only be allowed during CRITICAL CIRCUMSTANCES wherein the artist is incapable of doing the commission.
Specifics on refund will be discussed between client and artist.
For Paypal Payments:
+ I will be sending you an invoice through your Paypal email.
+ Payment expected within 24hrs after I've sent the invoice.
+ The invoice will have the option to pay either 100% or 50% of the total price.


Commission Process

1) Clients are required to provide references / sketches of the character. Text descriptions are avoided as much as possible.2) Rushed commissions are highly discouraged but are open for further discussions with the artist. Additional fees will be applied.3) A sketch of the commission will be sent to the client before finalization of the artwork.4) The artist will send a link to their work queue for status checking of the commissioned artwork.5) The finished artwork will be sent through a link to a designated gdrive folder.6) Only minor revisions to the finished art commission will be accepted. Ex. Minor changes in color7)The artist is not responsible for lost or deleted artworks once the commission was finished and sent. Please save and back up your commissioned pieces.


Copyright / Usage Policy

1.) The artist (Rinwoof), claim the rights to the produced art commission, not the commissioner. The artist is entitled of the following:+ Post the commissioned artwork in their social media accounts.+ Full rights of designs/concepts made solely by the artist.+ Use the commissioned artwork as samples or promotional materials*Requests for confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements must be discussed first with the artist.2.) The client has no right to claim the commissioned artwork from the artist as their own. By availing the artist's services, the client is entitled of the following:+ Usage rights for personal use (profile pictures/headers, personalized items, desktop/phone wallpapers, etc.)+ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. Provided that the character is solely by the client themselves.+ Posting and using the commissioned artworks in their social media accounts. (Client is required to give proper credit to the artist by mentioning the artist's username or provide the link of the artist's social media account/s)+ Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.3.) The following is considered copyright infringement:+ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.+ Claiming the artwork as your own+ Removing the artist's signature from the artwork+ Altering the artwork without the artist's consent
